Hip, hip, HOORAY! We raised $394,287.94 for the UNC Children's Hospital at this weekend's 11th Annual UNC Dance Marathon! Wow, almost $400,000 all "For the Kids"! I was in tears when the Overall Committee revealed the total on stage at the end of the marathon, as this year's total surpassed last year's by over $70,000 (and despite the current "economic crisis" at that!). To date, Dance Marathon has officially fundraised over $2 million for the families and children of UNC's Children's Hospital, over the past 11 years. Check out more about DM at UNC Dance Marathon.
